muntazir(m): one who is waiting, expecting

Description of muntazir:

muntazir implies patient or prolonged waiting. Compared to intezaar karne wala, it is more literary. Unlike taak mein (lying in wait), it lacks stealth. Compared to chashm-barah (eagerly waiting), it is calmer and less emotionally charged.
